The recently published Low-Carbon Development Strategy (LEDs), which was approved by Cabinet, articulates for the first time, a net-zero carbon emissions pathway, to be achieved by 2050. This is a high-level strategy, to be supported by various other policies and plans at national and local scales, across industrial sectors.
